The rules that govern access to Nexorvo.
Effective August 10, 2026 · Version 2026-08-10. These policies describe the current service and billing rules. Nexorvo is operated by "Nexorvo LLC".
Service availability
Nexorvo may update, maintain, limit, or discontinue features where necessary to operate and protect the service.
Your account and age
You are responsible for accurate registration details, account security, and activity conducted through your account. You must be 18 years of age or older and verify your email before using processing or purchasing credits.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are charged for the year in advance while the included credits are issued monthly. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Credits
Credits are service units, not money or stored value. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Unused paid credits roll over without a fixed expiration while the account remains in good standing. Failed accepted jobs return their reserved credits once. Credits may be reversed after refunds, payment disputes, fraud, or billing corrections; a negative balance can prevent new jobs.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you lawfully upload and grant Nexorvo only the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver the requested result.
AI output
Enhancement output may introduce, alter, or remove details. Nexorvo does not warrant forensic accuracy, identity, authenticity, or suitability for high-risk decisions.
Suspension
We may limit or suspend activity that violates law, third-party rights, provider policies, the Acceptable Use Policy, or payment obligations.
Governing law and notices
Nexorvo is operated by "Nexorvo LLC". These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, formal notices, and copyright notice submissions may be sent to support@nexorvo.com.
