Privacy Policy
How Nexorvo handles account information, images, and service data.
Effective August 10, 2026 · Version 2026-08-10. These policies describe the current service and billing rules. Nexorvo is operated by "Nexorvo LLC".
Information we process
The service may process account details, support messages, uploaded image files, selected job options, billing records, and security/technical records needed to operate and protect Nexorvo.
Images and subprocessors
Uploaded images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and processed by Replicate for AI inference. Crisp provides website support chat. Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and fraud signals. Nexorvo does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Payment records
We retain Stripe customer, order, subscription, invoice, refund, dispute, and credit-entitlement identifiers needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Original and result objects are scheduled for deletion according to the displayed retention deadline. Billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting, disputes, tax, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request account, image, or support-conversation deletion and ask questions at support@nexorvo.com. Some transaction records cannot be deleted while legal retention duties apply.
Security
We use access controls, private storage, time-limited links, signed webhooks, and operational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security.
