Can I buy a plan?
Yes. Monthly, annual, and one-time credit options use secure Stripe Checkout. Annual plans are billed yearly and issue credits monthly.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing in Nexorvo Studio and cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Which files are supported?
Nexorvo accepts real JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 20 MB and within published dimension limits.
How are credits used?
A 2× job uses 1 credit and a 4× job uses 2 credits. Accepted jobs that fail, are canceled, or time out return reserved credits exactly once.
How long are images stored?
The retention deadline is displayed in the private workspace. Objects are scheduled for deletion, with lifecycle cleanup as a backstop.
Can enhancement recover true lost detail?
No guarantee. AI may create plausible detail; always inspect the result.
